Accessing Your Self-Service Portal

You will gain access to your self-service portal as soon as you are officially enrolled in the college. 

The Self-Service portal is where you can access:

• Your registered courses

• Your unofficial transcripts

• Information about your tuition bill and payments

• Student account and other academic information

Register for Classes

You will enroll in your classes each semester through the self-service portal. 

Step 1: From the home screen, click on Student Planning.

Step 2: Next, click on Plan your Degree & Register for Classes.

Step 3: Scroll through the left side of the calendar and click EACH blue ‘register’ button.

Once completed, you are registered for your courses and the will appear within the "My Courses" section of Brightspace once they are live. More information about accessing your courses in Brightspace can be found here. 

Unofficial Transcripts

View your unofficial transcripts within the Academic tab of the Self-Service Portal. Official transcript requests can be submitted through eTrieve. More information can be found here. 

Tuition Account Summary

Within the student portal you can view your tuition amount due and account balance.

Simply click on the "Student Finance" section from the login page to access your Account Summary.
