Transcript Overview

Students enrolled through William Jewell College can access their transcripts in two ways:

• Unofficial transcripts are available for download in the Self-Service Portal.

• Official transcripts can be requested through eTrieve.

Both options provide documentation of your coursework and grades.

Transcripts are posted and available for request 2-3 days after grades are due. View the William Jewell Academic Calendar to see a list of important dates for the semester, including when grades are due.

Unofficial Transcripts

Your unofficial transcript will be available for download in the Self-Service Portal.

To access:

1. Log into your William Jewell Self-Service Portal.

2. Navigate to the Academics or Student Records section.

3. Select Unofficial Transcript to download or print your copy.

Official Transcripts

Official transcripts are issued by William Jewell College Registrar and can be requested through the eTrieve Portal.

To request an official transcript:

1. Visit the William Jewell eTrieve Transcript Request Form.

2. Complete and submit the form.

3. Your transcript request will be processed after transcripts have posted grades have been finalized.

Tip: If you need your transcript earlier, you can still submit an official transcript request ahead of time (see below). Processing will begin on the day that transcripts are posted.
