# Woolf Degree and Certificate Programs Credits & Certifications

## As a member college of Woolf, Breathe For Change Certificate and Degree programs provide credits within the European Credit Transfer and Accumulation System (ECTS), the world’s most widely recognized credit framework.  ECTS credits are transferable in more than 60 countries, including the United States. Credit conversions align with U.S. higher education standards.

### **Master’s Program (Social-Emotional Learning, Mindfulness, & Yoga)**

**Credits:** 90 ECTS = 45 U.S. graduate-level credits (equivalent to a standard master’s degree).

- **Post-Graduate Degree**:  
    - Master of Education in Social-Emotional Learning, Mindfulness, and Yoga
- **Breathe For Change**:  
    - 200-hour Yoga Teacher (CYT) & Social-Emotional Learning & Facilitator (SEL\*F) Certification
    - 300-hour Certification in Transformative Teaching & Leadership
- **Yoga Alliance**: 
    - 200-hour Foundational Yoga Teacher Certification (CYT 200)
    - 300-hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Certification (CYT 300)
    - Qualification to Register as RYT 500

### **Post-Graduate Certificate (Mindfulness, SEL, & Yoga)**

**Credits:** 30 ECTS = 15 U.S. graduate-level credits (equivalent to a standard certificate program).

**Certifications Earned:**

- **Post-Graduate Certificate:** in Mindfulness, SEL, and Yoga
- **Breathe For Change:** 200-hour Yoga Teacher (CYT) & Social-Emotional Learning & Facilitator (SEL\*F) Certification
- **Yoga Alliance**: 200-hour Foundational Yoga Teacher Certification (CYT 200), qualified to register as RYT 200
