Upon completion of the course requirements (including all coursework and payment), Breathe for Change will submit your credit request to C4T.
Step 3: Receive Notification that C4T has Received Your Credit Request
C4T will send you an email to confirming your registration for these credits.
Step 4: Receive Unofficial Transcripts
About 2-3 weeks after C4T has received your credit request, they will send a follow up email to notify you that the credits are available on your transcripts. This email will include your course numbers and Student ID.
At this time, the UoP will mail you a copy of your unofficial transcripts. Please allow ~3 weeks for your unofficial transcripts to arrive. If you do not receive it within that time frame, please contact the main office at the University of the Pacific (209-946-2424) to determine the status of your Unofficial Transcript or to request another copy to be mailed to you.
Step 5 (Optional): Order Official Transcripts
If you would like, you can order official transcripts. Note: there is a small additional cost for ordering your official transcripts. Pricing will be provided via email from C4T once your transcripts are available.
Ordering an official transcript online is quick and easy through the C4T Parchment link. There are two options when placing your order:
Option 1: Order an E-Transcript
Option 2: Mail a hard copy to the address of your choice
When placing your Parchment order, follow these steps:
