Accessing Digital Manuals in Mighty Networks

Digital copies of your manuals are located within your training curriculum in Mighty Networks.

1. Log into education.breatheforchange.com
2. Select your course
3. In the "Welcome module" select "📒 Access Your Training Manuals 📒"
4. Locate the links to the Mindfulness, SEL, and Yoga Teacher Training manual, as well as the Social-Emotional Learning and Facilitation (SEL*F) manual

Ordering Hard Copy Manuals

If you would like hard copies, you can either print the PDF files yourself OR order a manual set from our printing partner, AlphaGraphics.

Pricing

• A set of both printed manuals is available for $49.75 (includes tax and shipping within the continental U.S.).
• If you are located in Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the continental U.S., inquire about shipping rates in your order email.

How to Order

1. Email b4corders@alphagraphics.com with the subject line: “Breathe For Change manual order.”
2. Include your full name and shipping address (no PO Boxes).
3. AlphaGraphics will send you an invoice by email (check your spam/junk/promotions folders).
   • If payment is not received within 2 weeks, your order will be automatically cancelled.
4. Upon payment, your manuals will be shipped and you’ll receive a tracking number.

Are Manuals Required?

• Hard copies of the manuals are not required to complete the training.
• Access to slide guides for each content area is included in the curriculum.
