Space Requirements
- Create a space large enough to

- Two 4-Inch Blocks: Cork or sturdy foam
- Strap: 8 feet long with D-ring
- Yoga Blanket: “Mexican style” blanket recommended
- Large Rectangular Bolster
- Comfortable Clothing: Clothes that allow free movement for yoga and long sitting periods
