To earn your official certification, you must:

Pay Tuition in Full
Complete 100% of the On-Demand Training Curriculum
- Review the on-demand content, explore the reflections and integration activities of each of the following content areas.
  - Trauma-Informed TEACHing
  - Equitable TEACHing
  - Accessible TEACHing
  - Community-Based TEACHing
  - Healing-Centered TEACHing
  - Chair Yoga
  - Restorative Yoga
  - Philosophy & Social Change
  - SEL & Mindfulness
  - The ARC of TEACHing: Sequencing
Attend All Live Sessions
- If you miss a session, complete the make-up hours using the recordings and associated instructions.

All requirements must be met within one year of your first Live Day to receive certification.

If you no longer wish to pursue official certification but would still like to continue learning:

You may request to move to audit status by contacting support@breatheforchange.com.
As a student in audit status, you will continue to have access to:
- All on-demand curriculum
- Recordings of live sessions

Important note: Audit participants are not eligible for certification.

To earn your 300-hour Certified Yoga Teacher (CYT) certification through Breathe For Change, you must complete all tuition and program requirements listed below.
