Note: if you are enrolled on a Breathe For Change payment plan, your payments will continue as scheduled, even after you are moved to a future cohort.

To officially request a cohort change, complete and submit the Enrollment Change Request Form.

Please note: requests must be submitted before the last live session of your current training. Requests made after the last live session will require payment of full tuition to attend a future session.
