For smooth participation in your program, please ensure you have the following technical requirements.

    • Device

      • A computer or tablet with a functioning camera and microphone.

      • Note We do not recommend using your phone for training.

    • Video Calls

      • Join via Zoom (latest version required) with both video and audio enabled.

      • Avoid joining live calls from multiple devices as this can interfere with breakout room functionality.

    • Internet

      • A reliable internet connection (minimum 1.5 Mbps speed) is essential

      • Use broadband wired or wireless (3G/4G/LTE)

    • Audio

      • Speakers and a microphone (built-in, USB plug-in, or wireless Bluetooth)

    • Webcam:

      • A webcam or HD webcam (built-in or USB plug-in)

    • Google Docs/Forms

      • Access to Google Docs and Google Forms is required.

        • If you don’t have a Gmail account, consider creating one to ensure full access.

      • Incompatible email providers: AOL, Hotmail, Optimum.

    • Timer for Breakout Rooms

      • A timer is needed for breakout room sessions (e.g., cellphone timer).

    • Troubleshooting

      • Some school devices, networks, or email accounts may block our communications. If you experience issues, please contact your IT team or work from home if possible.
