Canvas Curriculum Access & Navigation Guide
Below you will find information on how to access and navigate Canvas, which is the curriculum platform for students enrolled in the Woolf degree or certificate programs and MSYTT cohorts 88-97.

Canvas Access
Link to Canvas Login: https://education.breatheforchange.com/
Your Login Id and Password are located in the email you received when you registered for your program.

Select the “Click Here to Access Your Curriculum” button to access the Breathe For Change Canvas login page, or click this link.

Dashboard
From your dashboard you will notice a few important sections:
- Calendar
- Course Cards
- To Do List

Calendar
Click on the Calendar icon on the left hand menu to open your calendar. Your calendar will show you any upcoming live sessions or events.
Make sure that all of your courses on the right side are checked so that all of your upcoming meetings display in the calendar.

When you click on the event, you can access the Zoom link, which is located in the "Location" section!
Course Cards
If you do not see your Course cards on the dashboard, you may need to "star" them so they appear.
Click on the Courses icon on the left side menu, then "All Courses."

Click on the star icons for all of your courses so they display as cards on your dashboard.

Return to your dashboard by clicking on the Dashboard icon on the left side menu. Select the three dots in the top right corner and select "Card View."

Your courses should now appear on your Dashboard!

Course Curriculum Access
Click on the Course Card to access your curriculum.

Your curriculum consists of Units and Lessons.

Expand or collapse your lessons by clicking on the Unit title.

Click on the lesson title to open the lesson.

Read the lesson thoroughly and follow the instructions.

Course Curriculum Completion
Lessons that need to be completed will have an empty circle like the picture below:

A green checkmark will appear once it has been completed!

It will have a red minus symbol if the lesson was not completed, or if you were missing anything.

Note: To become eligible for your certification and/or degree, you must complete all lessons in all units.
Uploading Assignments
For Mindfulness, SEL, and Yoga Teacher Training students:
Cohorts 88-91: Submit your Wellness Workshop in the unit " SEL*F Unit 7 — Creating Ripple Effects in Your Community" > "✅ Submit your SEL*F Wellness Workshop Here ✅."

Cohorts 95 and 97: There’s a discussion in SEL*F Unit 7 where you will share your workshop with your cohort. You will want to submit it as a discussion post.
If you are a Woolf student (Master’s or PGC), you will also need to submit it in the very last unit of the course for a formal grade. If you are not a degree-seeking student you do not need to share your assignment in the final unit.
To Do List
Your to-do list will show you any upcoming events, or action items that need to be completed.

Account Settings
Click on the Account icon in the left hand menu then "Settings."


Select "+ Email Address" to update your email.

Input your preferred email address and check the box to use it as your new login, then click "Register Email."

Update your Notifications by clicking on "Notifications."

Once in your Notification Settings, you will have the option to disable or enable specific notifications!

Change your Time Zone by selecting "Settings" then "Edit Settings."

Update your Time Zone by selecting your time zone and clicking "Update Settings."

Note: If you are a Woolf student, to view your official degree records, such as your transcripts, you will need to access the Woolf AMS. Learn more about the Woolf AMS here.

Input your email on the login page and click forgot password.

Why isn't the assignment I submitted in Canvas graded?
If any of your assignments have not been graded yet, click into the assignment to check the comments. You might have a note from an instructor if you accidentally submitted the wrong file, submitted a broken file, or missed a key component.
Access to Breathe For Change Educator Collective
As part of your program enrollment you will have an exclusive free trial to the Educator Collective. The link to access your free trial is located in the Welcome Unit of your curriculum. Be sure to start your membership with this link to begin your free access.
