      Is there a certain internet speed that I should have in order to participate fully in the live sessions?

      Zoom recommends broadband wired or wireless (3G or 4G/LTE). While we understand that internet connectivity can vary, Zoom recommends a minimum upload and download speed of 600kbps, and a recommended speed of 1.5 Mbps. You can check your Internet bandwidth using a Speedtest.
