What materials will I need to participate in the training?
In addition to the required technology, we recommend having the following materials available during training. We will also recommend books and resources throughout the training to support your learning.
- Yoga mat
- Journal and pen
- Two yoga blocks
- Bolster
- Three yoga blankets
- Strap
The yoga props above - or DIY adaptations of these props - will be especially necessary for the Restorative Yoga coursework.
