There is a progress bar at the top that will display your percentage of completion of the *currently published* coursework. We recommend submitting files in docx or pdf format. Typically, the same Zoom link will be used for all of the live classes in a course.  ***To find the Zoom link within your course content***, click on the course you wish to view/attend. Select “Content” in the upper left corner, then select "Table of Contents." Scroll down to the unit with "Live Class" in the title. It will be in the same lesson in the course content that had the Zoom link.  The manual checkboxes that are set up for each live class lesson are designed for your own record, to mark *after* either fully attending class or fully reviewing the recording. We also track your minutes from Zoom directly in our student health system. --- #### **Update Your Account Settings** Click on your profile picture in the upper right corner. What do I do?**  First, be sure to check that you are using your William Jewell-assigned email. This email was shared with you during their William Jewell enrollment process. Email [msed@william.jewell.edu](mailto:msed@william.jewell.edu) if you need help retrieving it. If you are using your William Jewell email and still having trouble, we recommend that you try the “Forgot my password” option. If that still doesn’t work, please email [msed@william.jewell.edu](mailto:msed@william.jewell.edu) for further assistance. **I’ve logged into Brightspace but I don’t have access to the courses I was expecting.** Students are typically registered for courses before the semester starts. You will receive an email alert once your courses are ready for you. If you are seeing some of your courses for the semester, but they don't match what you are expecting, it could be a result of a setting that needs to be fixed in Brightspace or a miscommunication about which courses you intended to enroll in for the semester. Email [msed@william.jewell.edu](mailto:msed@william.jewell.edu) for support with gaining access to the correct courses.  **How can I easily see which lessons I still have left to complete?**  In the **Table of Contents view**, the completed lessons will have a check on the right side, and the ones that are yet to be completed will have a dot or box. Scroll down on the right side until you see your Calendar with “Upcoming Events.” All upcoming live classes should appear here.  **Why do I see two different times listed for my live class?**  This is likely due to the time zone selection in your account settings.
